Program Process
Before start:
Because of its boarding nature, FlyingSheep is extremely strict in screening American au pairs:
We will conduct a very strict background survey on American au pairs: school, family background, experience, and proof of no criminal record, and conduct 1 on 1 interviews and personality tests.
All the above materials will be handed to Chinese families.
We will also provide American tutors with very comprehensive and detailed teaching and cultural training.
During:
Summer vacation: au pairs work 40 hours a week:
From Monday to Friday, 2 hours of 1 on 1 class (10 hours in total)+ 30 hours of immersive English (accompany children to do homework, play, outdoor sports, etc)
Two days off at weekends
During a school semester: au pairs work 40 hours a week:
From Monday to Friday, 2 hours every night to help the children with the homework (10 hours in total)+2 hours on weekends 1 on 1+28 hours of immersive English (play with children, outdoor sports, daily life events, etc)
One day off on weekends and one day off on weekdays
Include the au pair whenever possible in family meals, outings, holidays and other events;
